Option secured on land with planning to be sought for residential housing together with A3/A4 use retained on the Grade 2 listed Public House.

Located close to Stanstead Airport JJRV will be working closely with the landowners and the Council to deliver a bespoke solution and much need starter home accommodation in the area. Planning to be submitted in early 2021.

JJRV intends to deliver the scheme alongside the owners in a new joint venture once planning is secured.
