Acquired in 2017 this former pub is currently the subject of a new planning application to provide a mixed use residential scheme in the heart of Hounslow. The scheme will comprise a mix of Co-Living, residential and commercial uses with construction anticipated to commence in 2021. Further details upon request.

Built in partnership with Galliard Homes Limited this was a new development of luxury apartments in the heart of fashionable and vibrant Shoreditch on the site of a former car park.
