About JJR Ventures
JJR Ventures was first set up in 2015 and founded by Adam Ratzker. The aim of JJRV was to source and either develop or actively consult on urban brownfield land and mixed use opportunities within the United Kingdom.
The team have exceptional experience in both identifying under-utilised and derelict sites and revitalising them with exciting schemes focusing on residentially-led mixed use addressing community and local needs placing a strong emphasis on design, viability, community engagement and social responsibility.
With over 25 years experience the JJRV team are capable of navigating all the stages of development from planning to construction with extensive contacts and resource available to advise and transact. JJRV is a business that believes in early and thorough community engagement and giving back to the areas via socially responsible initiatives such as Project Basecamp.
Adam Ratzker LLB
Adam’s first foray into the property world was with Strettons City Office shortly after obtaining his law degree where he had he studied and learned aspects of residential and commercial property before moving on to Shelley Sandzer Leisure Consultants where he was able to gain considerable experience in the retail and leisure industry.
Adam joined Galliard Homes Limited in 2004 as Commercial Director where under industry giant Stephen Conway he gained the bulk of his considerable experience focusing on the acquisition and development of sites across the United Kingdom. From strategic land acquisition to tenant management, Adam’s role was diverse and allowed him to focus on all the components required to produce a successful development from planning to construction and then completion.
JJRV was originally set up in 2015 consulting on various opportunities across the country including many with Galliard.
Adam enjoys spending time with his family and working with a number of charities and initiatives including Project Basecamp.
